Art Inspired Workout Gear {#OOTD}

I’m obsessed with geometric patterns, black, white, coral hot pink, and slogan tanks. So it makes sense that I put this outfit together the other day to go for a run/walk. Well, mostly walk, with some run. Okay, it was a leisurely stroll.  Sue me.

For someone who used to live in ratty university sweatpants, I’ve certainly come a long way to collecting bright-colored, fun patterned workout clothes which are, tbh, worn mostly for daily lounging or errands. I posted this #ootd on my Instagram and thought I would break it down for you, if you like the same things I do 🙂

Check below for the links to each item!

1 – Lululemon Goal Crusher Tight

This pattern was hand drawn by someone with a lot of talent and patience! I love the panels of breathable fabric and the secret side pockets that fit my phone but doesn’t crush my back or hip where my phone would normally go.  A little more expensive than most some brands, but worth it for this material and tummy-tucking waistband.

2- Treat Yo Self Tank

I got this at Marshalls, but you can find them on Etsy. It was $6 and I had to have it.

3- Ray-Ban Clubmaster Classic

Birthday gift from the husband. Best. Guy. Ever. Super classic style, but not as much sun protection as I’d like. But at least I will look good as my eyesight starts to go.

4- Apple iPhone SE Rose Gold

Upgraded my phone from the 5s to this because I like my phone to actually fit in my hand unlike those other calculator sized devices. Treated myself to the Rose Gold, which makes me feel fancier than I am.

5- Apple Headphones

I destroy and lose these things like I do bobby pins. Yet, I have a strong attachment to them so I keep getting them. Am I the only person in the world who likes them? Probably.

6- Nike Free 5.0

This is basically me in a shoe. My fave colors. Geometric prints. All it’s missing is a wicked font, but I guess the swoosh will do 😉
