Lately, I can’t get enough of Avocado Toast. It is one of the most delicious brunch or mid-day snacks that is super easy and cost-effective to make – depending on how fancy you are, of course. And it’s popping up everywhere. Just search the hashtag #avocadotoast on Instagram and get ready to drool.
One of my favorite servings of avocado toast is from a cafe right across the street from me.
But even for a fancier version, it’s still pretty straightforward. All you need is the following:
Kelsinwonderland’s Avocado Toast Recipe
Stuff You Need
- 1 piece of bread – I used a slice of fresh multigrain from a local bakery
- 1/4 ripe avocado

- pico de gayo or a delicious salsa/bruschetta mix
- Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo
- herb & garlic goat’s milk feta cheese
What You Need to Do – Version 1
- toast your bread
- slather on some hummus
- slice up your avocado and lay on toast in some kind of manageable design
- add 1-2 tbsps of bruschetta mix
- add a good drizzle of hot sauce
- upload pic to Instagram
- eat
What You Need to Do – Version 2
