I’m no food blogger but I love to eat, and sometimes I even love to cook ;) When I do cook, baking is usually the route I take because it is just so much easier (aka I don’t have to pay that much attention to my dish once it’s in the oven). When I bake I gravitate towards eggs-based recipes because they are such a valuable source of high-quality protein, I know the twins will eat them, they are loaded with nutrient goodness, and they tend to freeze really well which means easy reheats for us on busy days.
